The system adopts a central transmission vertical frame design:
Wastewater enters through a peripheral distribution tank and flows uniformly into the sedimentation tank.
A peripheral skirt guides water from the tank bottom toward the center, promoting sludge settling.
The central drive rotates the vertical frame, sludge scraper arms, and suction pipes.
Sludge enters suction ports via hydrostatic pressure and is discharged through a central sludge pipe with a sleeve valve for flow control.
Floating scum is skimmed to the periphery and removed by a scraper mechanism.
Treated effluent flows over a triangular weir into the outlet trough.
Uniform Flow Distribution: Peripheral inlet/outlet troughs with side sections ensure balanced hydraulic loading.
Robust Drive System: Helical and worm gear reducers provide high torque and reliable operation with overload protection.
Adaptable Scraper Design: Single-arm scraper for tanks ≤40m; double-arm for tanks >40m.
